Present petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen Compensation Act at Junagadh below Exh.49 in Workmen Compensation (F) Case No.14 of 2018. By the said order, the application for disbursement filed by the claimant – petitioner Nos. 1 to 4 has been partly allowed and the learned Commissioner has directed that
