The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 251/2025 of PS Sarita Vihar for the offence under Section 20/29 NDPS on the ground of illness of his wife. Learned APP accepts notice and in all fairness submits after consulting the IO SI Ajeet Singh that wife of the accused/applicant is scheduled to undergo surgery today itself. That being so, learned APP fairly does not oppose this application. 2.
