This appeal has been filed under Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (in short, „CC Act‟) challenging the Order dated 15.02.2025, passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court- 02), New Delhi District, Patiala House Court, in CS (COMM) No. 2. As the facts and pleadings giving rise to the present appeal have been stated in detail in the Impugned Order itself, we would only give a brief background of these facts necessary for the adjudication of the grounds urged by the parties, in support and against the present appeal. 3. The
