Facts in brief leading to filing of the present suit are that defendant/DDA announced a public auction for various freehold commercial plots including plot no. 13 ad-measuring about 9,556 sq. mtrs. situated at Non-Hierarchical Commercial Complex, Jasola, New Delhi [hereafter referred to as the „plot‟], for which it had fixed the reserve price of Rs.164,86,00,000/-.
