Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed against the Order dated 06.05.2017 passed by the Ld. ASJ/Special Judge (PC Act) whereby the Order dated 16.07.2015 of the Ld. MM, summoning the Petitioner, Smt.
