After going through the pleadings, it appears that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party nos. 7 and 8 and the remedy for the same lies either before the Civil Court or before the Revenue Court and certainly not before this Court. 3. As such, the present petition is dismissed. 4. The petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law.
