In view of order being passed, notice to opposite parties no. 7 to 9 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment of the opposite party no. 6 to 9 from the land Gata no. 39/0.0630 Hectare (recorded as 'Nala' in revenue record), Gata No. 40B/0.0630 Hectare and Gata No. 31/0.0510 Hectare (recorded as ponds in revenue records) and are situated at Village Baghvaria, Pargana, Tehsil and District - Amethi and Gata no. 386 & 285 recorded as ponds in revenue records which are situated at Village - Kherauna, Pargana, Teh
