In view of order being passed, notice to opposite parties no. 6 & 7 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the opposite parties concerned to initiate proceeding under section 67 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code and remove the unauthorized possession/construction from the public Gaon Sabha land bearing gata no. 82 measuring area 0.0390 Hectare (Naali) & gata no. 96 measuring area 0.0130 Hectare (Road) situated at Village Narayanpara, Paragna- Aldemau, Tehsil- Kadipur, District- Sultanpur. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the oppo
