In view of order being passed, notice to opposite parties no. 7 & 8 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and thereby directing to the opposite party concerned to remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no. 7 & 8 over the land Gata No. 425/0.2060 hectare which is recorded as "Abadi", in the revenue record of Village- Semra, Pargana- Ikauna, Tehsil- Payagpur, District- Baharaich, in the interest of justice. b. Issue any other order, or direction, which this Court deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case
