A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.2 to 3 to remove illegal encroachment over the land Gata No.54/0.560 Hectare, situated at village- Vinobagram, Malookpur, Tehsil-Nawabganj, District-Barabanki from the opposite party no.5 and to take a coercive action against the opposite party No. 5. The land Gata No.57/0.560 Hectare is a 'Chak Marg (Public Way)' and a public utility land. II.
