The present appeal is filed at the instance, of the claimant under Section 163 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the judgment and award dated 23rd August, 2019, passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (Aux.) at Gondal in MACP no.82 of 2006 by the said impugned judgment and award the Tribunal partly allowed the claim petition preferred by the present applicant who is the origi
