The present appeal is filed at the instance of the original claimants under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned judgment and award dated 03.02.2021 passed by the Motor Accident Claimants Tribunal (Auxi), Palanpur Dist. Banaskantha in MACP No.209 of 2018. By the said impugned judgment and award, the learned Tribunal has partly allowed the claim petition thereby holding the original claimants
