Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to create hindrance in peaceful marital life as well as life and liberty of the petitioners without any rhyme and reasons contrary to law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Couirt in case of Lata Singh Versus State of U.P. and others reported in 2006 (5) SCC 475." 3.
