In this circumstance, the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the FIR could not lie. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to the remedy of anticipatory bail available to the petitioners. 3. Learned AGA has stated that the investigation has been concluded in the matter and the charge sheet has been forwarded to the supervisory authority and the same shall be filed before the competent court without any further delay.
