By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 3.3.2025 registered as case crime no. 0042 of 2025 under Sections 137(2), 87 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3(2)(V) of the S.C./S.T. Act, police station Singahi, district Lakhimpur Kheri. 4. Both the parties have arrived at a compromise under which the complainant has agreed not to pursue the proceeding against the petitioner. The opposite party has filed short counter affidavit admitting the compromise and supporting the writ petion. 5.
