By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 01.06.2025 registered as case crime no. 200 of 2025 under Section 281 and 324(4) of the B.N.S, police station Vibhuti Khand, district Lucknow. The F.I.R. relates to an accident. The petitioner while driving the vehicle hit the vehicle of the victim wherein the vehicle of the victim is stated to be damaged.
