By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the F.I.R. registered as case crime no. 0021 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) and 324(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, police station Ranipur, district Bahraich. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions received by him informs that the investigation already stands concluded and the charge-sheet was submitted to the trial court on 1.3.2025 and the petitioner has not been arrested during the investigation. 4. In these circumstances, it will be appropriate for the petitioner to avail the remedy seeking anticipatory bail/bail and no case for quashing the F.I.R. is made out. 5.
