Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing the F.I.R. dated 2.6.2025 registered as case crime no. 0064 of 2025 under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 352, 351(3), police station Bewana, district Ambedkar Nagar. 3. Submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the dispute involved between the parties which has led to lodging of the F.I.R. is essentially of the civil nature as the F.I.R. alleges that the petitioners had agreed to sell his land for total sale consideration of Rs. 35 lacs, out of which, some amount was paid to the petitioners but the petitioners did not turn up for execution of the sale-deed.
