The F.I.R. impugned herein is registered as case crime no. 0068 of 2025 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., police station Laharpur, district Sitapur. 3. From a perusal of the allegations made in the F.I.R., it cannot be said that a cognizable offence is not made out against the petitioner, so the relief as claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed without prejudice to the legal remedy available to the petitioner under law. .
