Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A for the State and Sri Rajesh Kumar Agnihotri, Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite parties no.4 and 5 and filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2. Under challenge in this petition is the First Information Report dated 02.05.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0074 of 2025, under Sections 281, 125(a), 125(b), 184 B.N.S., Police Station Sampurna Nagar, District Kheri. 3. The parties have already arrived at a compromise in respect of the occurrence, which is the subject matter of the impugned F.I.R. 4. The offences giving rise to the impugned F.I.R. are compoundable according to the learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State. That apart a compromise settling an adequate compensation has also been brought on record. 5. This position is not dispu
