Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, has submitted that a police report under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) and 176 (2) B.N.S. has been filed before the competent court on 12.06.2025. 3. Once a chargesheet has come to be filed before the competent court and the contents of the F.I.R. evidently make out a cognizable offence, there is no scope for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. The writ petition is declined to be entertained with the liberty to the petitioners to avail of the remedy of anticipatory bail/ regular bail under the available statute.
