The alleged victim, who has chosen to marry of her own will, had previously approached this Court for protection of her matrimonial rights through Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 5059 of 2025, which was disposed of on 06.06.2025, granting them some protection. 4. Now, the father of the alleged victim has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus for registration of an F.I.R. regarding the missing victim. Since the missing victim herself has approached this Court for protection of her matrimonial rights, the question of registration of an F.I.R., for which the prayer has been made, is out of ques
