By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the F.I.R. registered as case crime no. 0092 of 2025 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 I.P.C., police station Kaiserbagh, district-Lucknow. 4. The complainant is already married. The contents of the F.I.R. show that the petitioner has forged a Nikahnama on the basis of which he claims matrimonial rights against the complainant. This Nikahnama is of an earlier date followed by registration of marriage on the same date. 5. The complainant denies any such marriage having taken place with the petitioner. Even
