The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 173 of 2024, under Sections - 14-A Foreign Subject Act, 1946, Police Station - Kaushambi, District - Ghaziabad, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The first information report was lodged against five accused persons alleging that they were involved in settlement of nationals of Bangladesh in the country and some foreign currency was recovered from them. Applicant is not named in the first information report. The involvement of applicant was shown on the basis of statement of co-accused persons.
