The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 109 B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Saraimamrej, District Prayagraj during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the instant case. As per the allegations in the first information report, five named accused and 10-15 unknown persons are alleged to have assaulted three persons, namely, Vinod Yadav, Hinchh Lal Yadav and Mahendra Maurya.
