Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. None has appeared on behalf of informant despite service of notice. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicants involved in Case Crime No. 17 of 2025, under Sections 74, 137(2), 115(2), 351(2) BNS and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, P.S.- Achhalda, District- Auraiya with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. In fact on 18.11.2024 the mother of applicants has lodged a first information report against opposite party no.2 and his wife for offence under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 118(1) BNS and that first information report of this case has been lodged on 28.01.2025 as a counterblast to that case. The age of victim is stated to be of 14 years.
