Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 62 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Khanpur, District- Bulandshahr, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. In Gang chart three cases have been shown against applicant and the same are not heinous in nature. In the cases shown in Gang Chart, applicant - accused has already been granted bail. Referring to facts of the matter, it was submitted that there is no credible evidence to show that applicant – accused falls within the ambit of Gangster.
