The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.19 of 2025, under Sections 8/20/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Chakia, District- Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. False recovery of 39 kg 350 gms (19 packets) Ganja has been shown from a vehicle. The applicant has no concern with the alleged contraband recovered from the said vehicle.
