The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 869 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 482, 272, 273 I.P.C. and Sections 63/65 of Copy Right Act, 1957, Police Station- Baradari, District -Bareilly, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The name of the applicant was disclosed by the co-accused Anil Sharma in police custody. The said statement, insofar as it implicates the applicant, is unreliable. The co-accused Anil Sharma and identically placed co- accused Nitin Gupta have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 23.3.2022 and 14.2.2025 respectively. The applicant claims parity.
