Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicants involved in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S.- Phulpur, District- Azamgarh with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants-accused argued that applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version recovery of 51kg beef has been shown from accused applicants. There is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. As per F.S.L. report, it could not be determined whether the recovered material is beef. Learned counsel has referred contents of the first information report and statements of witnesses and submitted that there is no credible evidence against him. The case is triable by the Court of Magistrate
