The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No. 40 of 2025, under Sections - 191(2), 109, 115(2), 117(2), 351(3), 352 B.N.S. 2025 and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station - Nebua Naurangia, District - Kushinagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has not committed any offence.
