The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2025, under Section 8/22 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Naini, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case.
