Heard Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Three witnesses namely Churu Ram (P.W.-1), Ramdhani Patel (P.W.-2) and Ashok Kumar (P.W.-3) have been declared hostile. The statements of all witnesses i.e. P.W-1, P.W.-2 and P.W.-3 are annexed as Annexure No.8, 9 and 10, respectively. The trial is moving at an snail pace and till date only three witnesses have been examined by the trial court. That it is being categorically stated that the present applicant has absolutely no concern with the present case, the applicant is falsely implicated by the prosecution under conspiracy.
