The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 330 of 2024, under Sections - 303(2), 317(2), 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3) BNS, Section 60/63 of U.P. Excise Act and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station - Refinery, District - Mathura, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per prosecution version, one stolen Creta car having forged / false registration number and five cartoons of illicit liquor were recovered from the possession of applicant.
