The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sharib, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 393 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238 of B.N.S., Police Station- Chandpur, District- Bijnor, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the named accused persons Adil and Nazim and some unknown persons regarding commission of offence of murder of one person. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that after submission of chargesheet, further investigation was ordered wherein the applicant was named by co-accused, namely, Tawassum. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail s
