Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, namely, Kishanpal, Bhuvnesh, Hitesh and Rajveer have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 27.05.2025, 27.05.2025, 27.05.2025, 03.06.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15954 of 2025, 14833 of 2025, 14831 of 2025 and 17168 of 2025 respectively. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accus
