The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Abhishek Sharma with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 140(1), 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Shivala Kala, District- Bijnor during pendency of trial.
