Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Talib, has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.39999 of 2024, copy of which order has been appended as Annexure No.11 of the affidavit filed in support of this bail application. It is thus contended that the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity.
