There is allegation against the applicant in the FIR is of causing fatal injuries to the deceased along with other co-accused. Counsel for the applicant submits that as per the F.I.R. version, it appears that two group of boys had a fight wherein one of the boy from the informant's side has died. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has not been assigned the main role of causing any fire arm or knife injury to the deceased.
