By means of this application, the applicant, , who is involved in Case Crime No. 192/2020 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 394, 412, 504, 506, 353, 332, 333, 396, 120B, 34 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Explosive Substance Act and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Chaubepur, District Kanpur Nagar and is in jail since 19.8.2020, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Arvind Trivedi @ Guddan has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 17.7.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 19812 of 2021. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Arvind Trivedi @ Guddan who has already been enlarged on bail,
