Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Shakib Alias Sakib, Aarish Chaudhary, Jugendra Yadav and Shaukeen Malik Alias Teli have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 05.04.2025, 13.05.2025, 14.05.2025 and 20.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 9548 of 2025, 12928 of 2025, 9800 of 2025 and 3331 of 2025 respectively, copy of which orders have been annexed as Annexure No.14 to the affidavit/ petition.
