Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Nona @ Karan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.36 of 2025 under Sections 103(1), 3(5) and 352 BNS, Police Station Mahobkanth, District- Mahoba, during pendency of trial. The applicant along with two other co-accused has been implicated in this case on the allegation of committing offence of attempt to murder. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the injured has suffered only one injury on non-vital part of his body and three persons have been implicated. It is not proved that he is the author of the injury. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail
