The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sachin Alias Babloo, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.534 of 2024, under Section 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27(3)/35 Arms Act, Police Station Dhampur, District Bijnor, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Sanjay has been granted bail by this Court on 14.05.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11517 of 2025. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The trial in the aforesaid case is not likely to be concluded in near future. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
