The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhupendra, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.444 of 2017, under Sections 302, 452, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Narkhi, District- Firozabad, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the allegations against the co-accused Sriniwas is of committing the offence of the murder of the son of the informant after entering his house along with the applicant and two other co-accused. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially final report was submitted against all the accused persons but later on protest petition, they have been implicated.
