The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rohit Yadav with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2025, under Sections 103(2), 115(2), 324(4), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Mungra Badshahpur, District- Jaunpur during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Rakesh Yadav and Arvind Yadav, have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 23.06.2025 and 20.06.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Applications No. 21441 of 2025 and 19881 of 2025. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity
