Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Umesh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.41 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 140(1), 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Shiwalakala, District Bijnor , during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Hitesh has been granted bail by this Court on 27.05.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14831 of 2025. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
