This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant- Subhash for grant of bail in Case Crime No.751 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 61(2)(a) of B.N.S., Police Station Tajganj, District Agra.. 3. As per prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged by the nephew of the deceased. The applicant and his family are used to beat his mother (deceased)/ aunt of the informant to get the house transferred in the name of the applicant because the applicant had a debt of two lakh rupees, however, aunt of the informant (deceased) was not transferring the house in the name of the applicant.
