The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ashish Pandey, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.223 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), B.N.S. and Section 2(b)(i)/3 U.P. Ganster and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Surauli, District- Deoria, during pendency of trial. The co-accused, Anurag Gupta and Brijesh Goswami, has been enlarged on bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.13868 of 2025 and 20636 of 2025 respectively. The prayer for release of the applicant on bail on the ground of parity has been made. The applicant is languishing in jail since 22.11.2024.
