Heard learned counsel for applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been preferred by the accused- applicants who are involved in Case Crime No. 294 of 2024, under sections 115(2), 125, 103(1), 109, 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station Shergarh, District Mathura, 3. Learned counsel for the applicants in support of his prayer for bail submits that the applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant. It is further submitted that co-accused Yogesh and Dalu @ Dalchand having similar role to that of applicants have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 24.04.2025 and 28.05.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 3027 of 2025 and 18364 of 2025 respectively, therefore, the applicants are also entitled t
