The prosecution story in brief is that on 12.06.2024 at about 08:30 hours, the Dev Singh the son of the informant was surrounded by the applicant, Prem Pal and Satya Nagar (co- accused) and had assaulted him with lathi danda on account of which, he sustained injuries on resistance, they have abused him. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that perusal of the F.I.R. shows that three persons including the applicant have assaulted upon the injured, who sustained three injuries.
