By means of this application, the applicant, Yadram, who is involved in Case Crime No. 42 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 80(2), 85 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Alapur, District- Badaun and is in jail since 12.02.2025, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Smt. Kanta has already been enlarged on bail by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.06.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21120 of 2025. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused Smt. Kanta who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and for the reasons given in the order of co-ac
